Start: Thursday 6:00 PM
End: Sunday 6:00 PM


Thursday (Arrival & Fast Begins)

5:00 – 6:00 PM | Guest Arrival & Check-In
6:00 PM | Welcome Circle + Fasting Orientation + Start of Fast
7:00 PM | Fasting Documentary Viewing (1 Hour)
8:00 PM | Intention Setting & Guided Meditation
9:00 PM | Lights Down & Rest


Friday (Day 1 of Fasting – Detox & Grounding)

8:30 AM | Daily Vitals & Health Assessments upon waking
9:00 – 9:30 AM | Morning Breathwork + Stretching
9:30 AM – 1:00 PM | (BEMER Therapy, Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Massage, Hot/Cold Therapy, Vibration Plate) + Free Time (walks, reading, naps, art therapy, light workout, journaling, etc.)
1:00 PM | Group Meditation
1:30 – 5:00 PM | Modality Sign-Ups + Free Time
5:00 PM | Guided Breathwork
6:00 PM | Journaling & Group Reflection
7:00 – 9:00 PM | Free Time
9:00 PM | Rest & Recovery


Saturday (Day 2 – Deep Healing & Regeneration)

8:30 AM | Daily Vitals & Health Assessments upon waking
9:00 – 10:00 AM | Yoga with Yogi Jenna
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Modality Sign-Ups + Free Time
1:00 PM | Group Meditation
1:30 – 5:00 PM | Modality Sign-Ups + Free Time
5:00 PM | Guided Breathwork
6:00 PM | Journaling & Group Reflection
7:00 – 9:00 PM | Free Time
9:00 PM | Rest & Recovery


Sunday (Day 3 – Transition & Refeeding)

8:30 AM | Final Daily Vitals & Health Assessments upon waking
9:00 – 9:30 AM | Morning Breathwork + Stretching
9:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Modality Sign-Ups + Free Time
1:00 PM | Final Day Reflection
1:00 – 5:00 PM | Modality Sign-Ups + Free Time
5:00 PM | Closing Circle + Fast Completion Prep
6:00 PM | Final Day Re-Feeding Smoothie + Break Fast Together


Note: All modalities and activities are optional. Daily vitals are required to optimize participant experience and safety. Modalities are available for sign-up and include BEMER Therapy, Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Massage, Hot/Cold Therapy, Vibration Plate. Free time may include walks, reading, naps, art therapy, light workouts, journaling, and other self-guided restorative activities.
